Takealot - No service

I have logged returns month's ago and still not collected with multiple emails and phone calls no assistance was given only empty promises. And to top it all of the return that was indeed collected isn't been credited R6000. I'm still waiting for this money. For over 3 weeks now!!! Same apply multiple emails and phone calls that resulted in NOTHING.
With all of this it takes forever to receive any orders from takealot.

I am highly disappointed in their services. And truly fed up.
