Takealot - No delivery

I placed this order before 07h00 the morning and paid the R120 for the same day delivery fee. At 19h00 still no delivery. Every time I phoned Takealot I got the same answer, we will look into the matter and phone you back. At 20h30 Still no feedback. Will I be refunded on the R120 same day delivery fee ? It states on the order "Guaranteed Same Day" Delivery method. Will I be getting feedback ? Will I get a phone call ?
