I logged a return which was evaluated and approved for return but after I returned the product, the return was rejected based on the period i waited to return the product. I have indicated that they then need to return the package to the pick up point.
I have asked them when i will be receiving the package back and my email communication was ignored.
I phoned them to find out and all i was told is they will follow up with the warehouse. Days later i need to follow up as i do not receive any feedback. I eventually get an email trying to figure out what package i am looking for (the return number is part of my email). The only feedback I get is that they are trying to locate my package.
A week after rejecting my return i am still trying to get someone to actually try and tell me where my package is.
