I place an order at Takealot on 27 Oct2022. Received the delivery on 08 November but 1 of the 3 items incorrect. Called immediately, register a return and after more than 20 calls and mails I receive another item only on 18 Nov 2022. But again, the incorrect item. I spoke to 8 different persons asked each of them to get a manager, or board member or even the CEO to call me, but nothing at all. How can we reach a board member to report this. Can wait for Amazone to come to SA
