I bought a gas stove whilst I was employed at takealot.com and paid full price. I no longer work there and now have a problem with the stove, it’s been recently switched on and I found that the bottom, grill and bake, doesn’t work. It’s been a back and forth emailing with agents named Kamva, Brent, Xolisi and all I’m getting is that I need to log a return, mind you, I don’t have access to the staff account and yet no one is reading or responding to that part, I have the invoice and I need urgent help. This is an expensive problem, I’m a frequent user of takealot but now have been sadly ignored. Please help me. The agents are not reading my emails before responding
