Takealot - Never received my package

When I went to collect my apron from the Potchefstroom pickup point, they never received the product. They then continued to flag my product as collected and told me that they would contact me if they ordered a new apron for me. It now has been several weeks and I have yet the hear from them. The lady that helped me was Helena.
