Hi Neolin,
I trust this email finds you well.
Kindly find the technical assessment feedback:
Technical Assessment :
Upon evaluation, we have observed that this unit has sustained liquid damage. As a result, the system motherboard is non-functional. As this is attributed to user negligence, abuse, unauthorized alterations to the product, or inadequate care for the product, this is unfortunately not covered under warranty. We have assessed that this unit is beyond economical repair. Please refer to the attached images for evidence of liquid damage.
Regrettably, we are not able to proceed with a repair under these circumstances.
Dear Takealot,
Thank you for your prompt feedback regarding the technical assessment.
I understand that the damage may not be covered under warranty, but I am reaching out due to the urgent nature of my situation. This laptop is essential for my studies, and I am currently facing an important exam period. The loss of functionality is posing a significant challenge, which is why I would like to explore any possible options for resolution.
If there is any possibility to repair or exchange the unit, even partially, it would greatly impact my ability to perform academically. I am open to discussing any alternatives or solutions that may help expedite this process, as my academic success relies on it.
I would greatly appreciate any support you could provide in this matter.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
