I had an issue where bought a set of goal post the one was damaged- was returned. Had to fetch a replacement a week later - this time there was no net. was returned again. I had spoken to numerous people (5) to raise complaint and have the 2nd post returned since no use to only have one . have tried escalating to no resolution;. I've asked to speak to management for weeks nothing yet; besides generic apologies for inconvenience they are still investigating 3 week later without resolution with the 2nd post. I've had them tell me matters cannot be escalated at Takealot. I've had one agent put the phone down on me.. I've had to wait 10min before could speak to someone. you just cannot get to resolving this matter. Takealot simply do not have or care for customer service. its incredible pathetic. from being a regular buyer have not bought since this matter and will not until they reolc=ve.
