Takealot - Missing functional components

The 2 in 1 Portable Gas Heater & Stove is advertised to come with all necessary components to perform its intended function which it did not.
The missing components: Regulator, hose and clamps are missing.
I have had zero feed back since I sent the requested information to perfom the return and replacement on 15 June 2022.
On 23 June 2022 the return has now been marked as a credit to my Takealot account without consulting me first. I am not interested in a credit and want a full refund to my original payment method.
The level of uncommunicativeness from the Customer Support team is dismal and I will never buy from Takealot again.
