Takealot - Misleading advertisement

I bought a DSTV decoder which was meant to come with an installation voucher but didn't, Takealot refuses to take it back and insist i must it to multichoice, which i've already tried to do twice, but Multichoice won't accept it. The advertisement was misleading !!
