I have made 2 orders in the last 2 weeks with the quoted one the latest. In both instances there was a date of the coming Friday for delivery, only in the confirmation that I get a delivery date of a Friday in the following week.
Ironically, I called on a Friday which I expected the previous order #109224795. Despite a confirmation during the call that the earliest delivery would be 8 July, the order was actually delivered on Monday morning of 4 July.
Fix your ordering system and stop what you're doing, a delivery date pre-payment shouldn't change post-payment.
