It's been more than 15 days since I placed an order with Takealot (29 July 2023), after 2 weeks my order was delivered to the wrong address, I have been trying to follow up with the agents from Takealot Customer Service, and they all tell me what I know ("my order was delivered to the wrong address"), I followed up with the team on Saturday morning asking for an update, the delivery was rerouted to Soweto warehouse, I explained to the Guy I spoke to, to please inform them that I live in Pretoria. To date, the delivery tracker still shows that my delivery is scheduled for the 11th of August, no new delivery date.
