I have recently ordered an item from takealot, and I have had to return it 2ce because it is the incorrect product. I have to constantly make myself available for pickups and drop offs, owing to their error. Now currently, I am trying to return the product (once again incorrect) and there are emails coming through every 2 days (if that frequent) to "investigate" the problem. It has been a week, no return pickup has been scheduled, and no remuneration or anything of the kind is being offered, and the problem is not being resolved. Its a long tedious process, and it needs to be sorted out.
