Takealot - I want my money back

Hi,

I ordered a pram back in feb. 22. It appears as Little Bambino but Belecoo is was delivered. Only start using the pram a few months ago, as it is from 6 months old.

I logged a return after using it as I noticed the seat is as hard as cardboard and not very stable and secure! The material is also very thin.

Not sure why the return was rejected.
I’ve only used it for a few months, and it has already torn apart and my baby is only weighs 8kgs.

I am very unhappy because at the moment I do not have a stroller to use, because the current one will tear further!

I want my money back and do not want this pathetic false advertising stroller.
