Takealot - I paid but i didn't receive my order

I ordered on Takealot and received the wrong order then I logged a return then the takealot guys came to pick up the order after that they deliver 1 out of the 3 items that I bought. I ordered a laptop (notebook ) ; an SD card and ear buds. So I received the ear buds then they said the SD card is out of stock and they refunded me. Now the laptop is the item i haven't received, its been 3 weeks now since I ordered, they have been sending guys to my house to come and collect the laptop that I haven't received and I've been telling these guys that I'm supposed to receive the laptop not give it to u guys and now they are telling me that there is no order that is supposed to me delivered to me. I'm so heart broken, can you guys please help me out, I really need your help I can't just let my money just go just like that, worst part is that it wasn't even mind ?
