I have returned a faulty hoverboard on Monday 28 August 2023,I then received a sms indicating that this item was collected and that they will be in contact with me in 2-3 working days. So this morning I received an email stating that this certain hoverboard is out of stock to which my surprise when I went on to the take alot app they were advertising it at a higher price but to me they saying they do not have stock any longer. Take alot has really disappointed in so much ways I always purchase from them and now for them to tell me they out of stock only to find out that they have increased their price on this protect so uethical of them. I need to know the way forward as my daughter is waiting patiently for her gift to return.
