Takealot - Good bought not delivered

GOD you are such a terribly company.....i returned my car speakers and they were rejected on the 3 November 2023, and since today i have not recieved ANY SMS, ANY EMAIL OR ANY OTHER communication informing me when i will recieve back the rejected speakers. I have been calling takealot EVERYDAY since then. Up to today, i dont have the speakers but you happily take my money and i do not have any communication as to what is happening....I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE 087 362 8000 EVERYDAY WITHOUT FAIL AND I AM TOLD THE SME THING...YOU WILL EXCALATE MY COMPLAIN.
