I received notification of an order that I did not place and a credit I had had been used to pay for it. 9 minutes later I emailed Takealot they escalated it I phoned them they escalated it. I received an email to say I had authorised the order I assured them I had not as I had no use for MTN vouchers. I am now without my credit and someone else has used the vouchers and I basically have been told I am lying.
