The TakeAlot site advetised a product which was different from what they sent - after returning the package, they sent me the same thing again. I mailed them the problem showing with photos what the difference is between the wrong product they sent me and the right product which I purchased from them a year prior.
I returned the package a second time, they send the same thing back again. After sending it back and forth 3 to four times, I get a mail from the stating the 30 days in which to return the package has elapsed and cannot be returned.
At this point I’m thinking - maybe if every takealot branch closes its doors ot won’t be such a bad thing….
I’ve sent then everything over mail - but it seems “no one is home” to resolve this issue.
