I bought the item in December 21
In March 22 the one strap came away from the face of the watch
I requested a return from Takealot
This was refused for reason "item shows signs of user damage"
All I did was take the watch off, as I do every night.
The "faulty" FitBit has not been returned to me after several emails to Takealot
