Takealot - Fake perfume receivedx2

I bought 2 perfumes to the value of R2700
I noticed the perfumes has no scent
I became suspicious then looked at a video on the perfume in question done by a perfume expert on how to spot a fake perfume of the perfume in question.To my suprise it met all the conditions of being fake
I was shocked that i was sold fake perfumes.Now i am denied a refund
