I bought 2 stable doors on Takealot, they were delivered 10 Dec 2024. I logged a return the following day as they were very badly made and had wood filler all over to cover up the damage. They were collected 12 Dec 2024 and I have still not been refunded my R3571. I have corresponded with several responders (15 emails sent) since then. Each responder says they will escalate the matter and then simply stop corresponding. The problem is that the person who handed the doors back to the courier was told it is not necessary to sign for the return (this is not unusual), so I have no proof of return and Takealot can't seem to sort this out with their courier. What more do I have to do to get this matter resolved?
