Takealot has received purchases to the value of thousands of Rands from me over the past 2yrs but has failed hopelessly in following through on my complaint of an incorrectly labeled R500 kettle purchase which was returned to the Takealot hub at Malmesbury Western Cape for collection and refund.
Amazon when trading in South Africa will hopefully be more client orientated and service efficient.
