Returned a kettle which was not as advertised.
Handed in at Takealot hub Malmesbury.
Takealot records state collected but I do not see a refund in my account.

Takealot has received purchases to the value of thousands of Rands from me over the past 2yrs but has failed hopelessly in following through on my complaint of an incorrectly labeled R500 kettle purchase which was returned to the Takealot hub at Malmesbury Western Cape for collection and refund.
Amazon when trading in South Africa will hopefully be more client orientated and service efficient.

There is no response from a person in authority at Takealot just empty promises to revert back to me on the issue I raised. I need to take my complaint to a public platform.
