Ordered and received 50% of my order. Was not happy with quality and logged a return immediately.
There after the problem was apparently unsovalble by them.
1st they refunded my 1 item i returned. tried to explain that 1 of 2 items were delivered. It seems these people are not very bright and also not very interested to assist.
Now they have re-scheduled the same order for delivery. I am godsmacked about the level of competence thease people are showing.
Call centre is hopeless....... I am hoping someone of Takealot reads this message and contactme so that i can speak to a person to explain my issue.
