Takealot - Extreme delivery delays and no communication

I paid for goods 15 March which were supposed to be delivered a few days later. However as of today, I have received no communication as to why the delay and what the actual delivery date is. This is not the first time, a order I paid for 1 March only arrived 3 days ago and I had experienced exactly the same madness. Takealot is the worst service ive ever experienced, I am so glad Amazon is coming into SA
