The worst service I have ever encounter with Takealot partially Benoni , in starting this was not the first time I have dealt with Takealot the service has always been top class .Based on an sms of delivery I had received for delivery promised for the 29th I had taken time off work ,waited the whole day and without any kind of communication. I called Takealot around about past 4 only to be told "sorry we could not locate your address as a result you will have to reschedule" no consideration of my time or even takealot taking the effort to contact me . Once I voiced my complaint of how the service is unacceptable I was simply ignored and sent an email this morning to be told "your delivery will be delayed by two-three days " phatic service! Is this what must be acceptable ? no respect to your customers ?
