Takealot - Driver stating i was not available for delivery where as i have been home the whole day

i placed a order on friday and paid extra for ot to be dilivered today yet the driver was never at my gate and i did not received any call and my order was updates that i was not available for delivery , i tried to phone the delivery team and it was said that they operate untill 7pm yet no one is there to answer my call
