I ordered a few items and never received it, although it showed that it was delivered. After a lot of emails I only got credit for one item, then I have to start all over again explaining to another consultant the whole situation, and again just to get credit for another single item. You keep telling me to return something to get the credit, how can I return something that I didn't receive. Why not credit everything once?
