Takealot - Did you realize takealot sell used goods

This was a pool DB board that I ordered . Nowhere on the description did it say this item had been used. When i knew it was arriving I arranged for my electrician to come and fit it which cost me as he couldn’t .When I opened it it was obvious from the condition that it had been used. I phoned take slot and was told that I would have to log a return and no I couldn’t speak to a manager. There is nowhere to log a complaint and I am still waiting to hear if they are even going to let me return it. I’ll never deal with them again as they do not tell you they sell used goods at new prices
