I have made an online order on the 2nd of June and the estimated delivery date was for Monday the 7th of June. I received a sms on Thursday the 3th June that the delivery will be on the next morning, Friday, 4th of June. . Although I was very happy to receive my parcel that soon, I was very disappointed that it didn’t came. I went to the tracking info and saw that it said that it was delivered and signed by me. Later in the evening I found the parcel on the paving outside my house. I tried to contact them, but couldn’t get through on the helpline.
I didn’t sign for the parcel and the box was damaged. Luckily my contents were unharmed.
This is not acceptable.
