My status says that they tried to deliver but no one called/messaged me because I've been and still am at home.

The driver can't just stop at my house and decide that here is no one. He didn't call, shout or message me, so how can he have known. So he just decides no one is at home. Delivery states between 08h00 and 17h00 and take a lot delivers anytime between those times so call when outside! Why wasn't I called. This isn't the first time and that's why I am complaining because it happens so often and then they just change the date like it's nothing!

I would have answered my phone or would have had a number to call back if he called!
