I ordered books it was supposed to be delivered on 23Nov. Then Takealot informed me of a delay and reschedule deliveey for 1 Dec. I struggled to get my address changed because we are moving to Margate on 29Nov. Then today 24Nov I saw its out for delivery for 25Nov. But I.m not in Margate!!! It was not the scheduled time. After struggling for an hour to reach them they told me they cannot change address I must wait for sms notification then contact them again to change delivery date. Seriously???
