Why does Takealot not call or message when the item is delivered? My status says I signed when the item was received but I haven't. Instead it was taken by another person. There must be a physical signature of the customer as anyone who takes does not sign anything.

This time frame of when a package is delivered between 08:00 - 17:00 needs to change. Give a more specific time.
