Takealot - Delivered what was not ordered and refuse to fix it

I ordered phone hawae Nova 8I and they delivered cheap men perfume on the 5th of May. This was a gift for my aunt. I notified them on the 7th of May and tryed to get this to the office and they refused to accept my return . It was then canceled i had to log another one and now they are refusing to replace or refund me. Have concluded my return and stated i did not notify them within 7 days from delivery.
All i want is what i paid for or my R5899 back please. I dont know wjy such a big company would scam
