Takealot - Damaged laptop

I returned my laptop last week Thursday because the plastic that covers the screen was loose(the laptop was still fully functional). I got a feedback from takealot that the laptop is damage and the damage reffered to is not the one i was complaining about and was not was not damaged at that point. The laptop was returned in a bad condition and not working
