Takealot - Corruption within takealot personnel

I called Takealot on the 7/03/2023 to request for the return of this equipment and was told that Takealot instituted and completed a return on 02/06/2022 and Takealot account credited. I am sitting with this item with a 24 months warranty. The lady by the name of Sinazo promised to escalate the matter. The invoice of this item was not uploaded so I can access it .

This is a well planned corruption /fraud on the part of Takealot staff that needs to be investigated
