This is the second time that the older gentleman working at the Takelot collection point in Bloemfontein refused to read the order number and insists on either scanning the QR code or insisting that I should download the app. I have tried scanning the code upon which the code did not register. I asked him if he could please read the order number to which he just deflects my request and says I should download the app. I have explained to him that my cell phone is very old and does not have any space left to download, and I can not buy a new phone now. It is very old and very slow and will not be able to work with the app. He still insisted that I scanned the QR codes wrong, and refused to read the order number. When I asked for his name-he refused to give me his name. I hope that you can help me because I really can't see how his attitude could be beneficial to Takelot as a business. He keeps taking my phone from me-saying he will help but never gives me a chance to read the order number or double-check the QR code. He works at the Sandklip street Takelot pickup point. I am not sure if I feel safe enough to buy from Takealot again and will definitely have to warn all my female friends of this threatening male. You have responded by letting me know that the package was not yet sent, but I have already collected both my packages. You made a mistake by sending a new one. Not addressing the issue but making excuses.
