I bought a candle mold on 14 Dec 22, Takelot del the incorrect mold. Needed mold to make candles in my business.
Takealot then pick up the incorrect stock 15 Dec 22 and I am awaiting correct stock. Takalot confirm del for 16 Dec 22 yet they do not turn up. Come an del on 17 Dec 22 but do not want to leave stock as incorrect stock not picked up as per there office. I show them proof as I have an sms and email proofing incorrect stock was collected on 15 Dec 2022. I have lost cust due to takealot admin an sms and e mail issues that created a problem.and there is no alternative plan from them. But I am a small business a little effort would have solved this issue.I did order the correct mold in time. You good at sending sms's try and work on your cust service as there is none.
