I placed an order on the 8th of December and I’ve been waiting and tracking since then! On the 19th December, after emailing a couple times to find out why it was not shipped, my order is then canceled and I have to wait 5 days for my refund ! My problem is, it is Christmas time and I clearly ordered the item for this time, why take 11 days to cancel my order and only now tell me that it can’t be sourced? And I have to wait 5 days for the terrible service I’ve gotten. I will never order from here again.
