Takealot - Broken scratch pad

I paid R1595.00 for my product and it was delivered with a broken wood corner! I am very disappointed with this and want you to send me a whole product without defects for the price I paid!
Cat scratch play pen was broken on delivery. I opened it and one corner was completely broken and fell in pieces lik rotten wood! Seeing that I paid so much this is not acceptable. I am very dissatisfied!!!
