I am very disappointed with the purchase I made from Take A Lot.
I ordered Bestway 259cm x 170cm x 61cm Steel Frame Pool for R2449.00 that the status said it was in stock.
Upon delivery they delivered a pool cover that I did not order and no pool.
Now I was informed that I will be credited as there is no stock and that I need to order again.
Now the same pool cost R5800.00. So is the this the reason orders get cancelled is to let customer order the same item as there was an price increase.
I feel it is not fair customer service as at the time I ordered the pool it was in stock.
I am an loyal Take a lot customer but do not feel this is the way to treat your customers.
