I have ordered a phone via takealot and 2 covers payed (26/07/2022) early in the morning and selected next day delivery. They lied and say "Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule.". We have a camera that is looking at the gate and was looking the whole day and no one was even at our premises.
Takealot needs to correct this ASAP cause I diddn't choose next day delivery for nothing. Always when I order something from takealot I always have some sort of problem so from now on I might stay away from Takealot and get my phone elsewhere. Cheapest option is not always the best
