Takealot - Allowed theft out of my account and have now deactivated my account whilst still owing me a delivery

Takealot allowed theft out of my account for a gift voucher for the amount of R250 on 12/12/2022 on order number 119568571. In addition, I am still waiting for an order which I placed on 06/12/2022 - order number 119252920.

As a result of the theft out of my account, Takealot have deactivated my account and I have still not received my delivery which was supposed be done on 17/12/2022.
