My order was not delivered, on takelot app ot shows delivered and signed for by me. Which is false and fraudulent as I did not sign for nor received the goods. Upon delivering they sent me from pillar to post acknowledging the mistake was on their side, they claimed my contacts were wrong and also claimed they made the delivery to a wrong place, they said they'll resolve the matter and call me back which they did not do. They also claimed the delivery will happen before 5pm on the 6th of Decimber which also did not happen. Please advise what do I as a consumer do in the mist of such pathetic incompetent treatment?
