I spent the last 10 weeks speaking to many people at Takealot to get my R6000 item returned to me which never happened!!
I told Takealot I don't want the item back anymore because it took 10 weeks to get sorted out and I just want my account credited, and today they asked me for my address because now they are refusing to pay me for the damage caused in stress, anxiety and many phone calls without anyone able to assist me to get this resolved.
