Good day..for 5 years every few months we are incorrectly billed with no apology. New fee charges added without consent or explanation at all. I get billed for a pool amount of water when my household uses minimal water..we share a bath twice a week use water saving washing machine we are aware of the shortages and have been extremely careful. Our bill used to be around r400 max r500 every second third month it's r2200 or more when we use less and less water.. please I am a single income .I am desperate for help as nobody explains why I'm billed so much..the neighbor with a pools bill is less than r600..please they meter reader doesn't come I wats app my reading and it's still super high.. the people in the office are not helpful they say wats app..I do nobody answers.. please help it's horrible being charged wrong every month almost I must take time off work to get no help at all..please I beg of someone please look into the administration at swartland municipality please please please.kind regards Tracey
