Supersonic - Wifi not connecting

I have no service for 3 days. I have made payment for the service
I tried calling customer service and chatting and I am not getting any help at all. The WhatsApp chats replies to late n I be out of time even facebook is no help I have been sitting on the call for over hours to go straight in to voicemail. This has been happening from the first time I signed up. I can't even access the app. I tried to cancel with email but it's don't won't.
