I had a contract with supersonic . No service for 1month and a half. The technicians made contact and stated that the service will be reconnected and they will call me back. No call back was made. Numerous attempts to contact supersonic and no resolution.
They refused to cancel the contract and continue to debit my account. Now am threatened that I will have to pay 2500 for a router if i don’t drop it off at their office!!! Supervisors call and they don’t do anything about it.
Don’t sign up to the WiFi services they promise the world and they are not able to deliver. I have to call the customer care line and use my airtime. The call Centre never has a supervisor present to attend to the call.
