Applied to Supersonic for Fibre installation on the 23rd of March 2021. They emailed me saying it will take 14 working days 7 days later Vumatel installed the access box. 20 days later Supersonic delivered the router and then told us the access box is not activated. We been calling them everyday and everyday a new consultant says "we will send out a technical person in two days". To this day no one has come out nor helped us. Terrible terrible service.
