Good Afternoon,
I'm so over the Customer service of Supersonic they don't follow upon complaints I'm struggling with the connection to the internet that is more off than on, I reported the issue to Hello Peter and they responded that they contacted me privately which is a lie nothing from them for nearly three days now. I had good connection for a day after I lodged the complaint with Hello Peter now we are back to poor connection. What are going on with the service there is no service.
